- Please put ALL your small ITEMS into carton BOXES (including PC, speakers, small electric devices…). Protect all fragile items before packing. Try to fully utilize one box before using a new one.
- If you need to move your MATTRESS, please cover it with your BED SHEET as an extra protection.
- DO NOT put anything inside your drawers, cabinets or fridge, except some clothes which are very light. Extra weight during moving may cause damages to these furnitures.
- If you have BOOKS or other heavy items, please put these at the BOTTOM of the box as a strong foundation. Fill up the box with other light items so that the box as a whole would not be too heavy to move.
- Most of the estates or buildings in Hong Kong would provide free parking. Please let us know if you need any information for applying free parking on the moving date.
- If you notice any extra item or any situation on moving (staircases / the distance between the loading area and the moving spot exceed 50 meters / need to change the elevator) before the moving date, please let us know ASAP. The price will be adjusted accordingly in our system. Fail to notice us in advance for these situations may result in private negotiation with the moving team on the moving date, or the team may just work according to the agreed list and situation.
- Please prepare CASH for the remaining balance and pay the mover directly.
- Report damages to customer service within 24 hours of the moving service or claim will not be accepted.
